Share your name, a reply email or mobile number, the date of the concern and a short description of what happened and the outcome you seek. Do not send passwords, OTPs, identity-document numbers, bank details or financial documents.
Privacy requests
You can request access to your information, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your information. Requests are reviewed by the founder and should cover records held in Cloud, Google Sheets, notification emails and downloaded exports, subject to applicable legal retention duties.
Review and follow-up
Your message is reviewed directly by the founder. Keep a copy of your email for follow-up. If you are dissatisfied, reply to the same email explaining the unresolved concern and request a further review. Applicable statutory escalation rights remain available as relevant provisions come into force.
