Who is responsible
THYNK FINSERV, Chennai, India, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions, consent withdrawal or grievances, contact Krishna Kumar G at thynkfintalk@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry or request a consultation, we collect your first name, last name, mobile number, email, chosen service and any message or appointment preference you provide. We use these to respond to your request, arrange your consultation and maintain a record of the conversation. We record your affirmative consent, its purpose, the notice version and the submission time. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Other tools may collect contact details and report answers when you choose to submit them. Financial scenario comparisons remain in page memory and are not saved without your consent. Operational security checks use request information to prevent abuse. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, identity numbers, bank details or financial documents through enquiry forms.
Storage, sharing and safeguards
Enquiries are stored in private Lovable Cloud records. Your contact details, service interest, submission time and consent record are also copied to an owner-controlled Google spreadsheet. Free-text messages and financial report answers are not copied to this spreadsheet. Email services deliver enquiry notifications to authorised business recipients. These providers may process information outside India, subject to applicable law and their terms.
Website submissions use encrypted connections, server-side validation and abuse screening. Public visitors cannot read enquiry records through the website; founder access is checked on the server. Spreadsheet sharing, downloaded exports and email inbox access must also be kept restricted. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry records should be kept only while needed to respond, provide requested services or meet applicable legal duties. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, or to raise a grievance. We may need proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing a record. Requests are reviewed by the founder, including copies in Cloud, Google Sheets, email and exports; they are not automatically fulfilled. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing to handle your enquiry. Records required by law may need to be retained.
Adults and external services
Enquiry forms are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Contact us if a child’s information has been submitted inadvertently. External links, including WhatsApp and Google, have their own privacy terms. Website analytics may measure page and tool interactions; enquiry identity details must not be sent as analytics event properties.
India’s DPDP framework
This notice is intended to support transparency and preparation for India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025. Their requirements have phased commencement. This notice does not certify legal compliance; business processes, retention, vendor arrangements and incident handling require ongoing review. You may exercise applicable statutory rights as they come into force, including available grievance escalation channels.
